Welcome to the Eureka Warranty page. Register your Eureka product to receive better service, stay informed about updates, and easily submit warranty claims or contact us for support.
The Eureka warranty applies only to purchases from our official website, the Eureka store on Amazon, or authorized retailers. It covers the original owner and battery only and cannot be transferred. Not completing the registration form will not affect your warranty rights.

Order ID: You can find your Order ID in the order history of the account used to make the purchase.
Model Number: The model number can be found in your account’s order history, on the product packaging, in the manual, or directly on the product. This number helps us accurately identify your product’s brand and model, providing more precise information than the product name alone.
Serial Number (SN): The serial number is a unique sequence of digits located on the main body of the product. It is typically found on a sticker, label, or printed directly on the product itself, but never on the packaging.
Note: Before Eureka can issue a replacement, the defective item may need to be returned for quality inspection.
