Troubleshooting

1. Check whether the account has been registered.
2. Check if the WiFi connection is stable.
3. If you forgot your passwords, you can click 'forgot the passwords' below to reset.
4. If it is still not working, please click the profile on the top left and click Help and Feedback to upload the log for further checking.

1. Check if the home WiFi password entered is correct. The password can't contain special symbols. It is recommended to change the password to contain only numbers or letters.
2. Check whether the router is at 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz. The robot only supports 2.4 GHz.
3. Restart your phone's Bluetooth and try again.
4. Check if the router is connected to too many devices. If it can be connected when you use your phone's hotspot to connect to the robot, then you can try to disconnect some devices from the router.
5. Check if the router is set up with AP isolation/anti-scratch.
6. If it still doesn't work, please click Feedback to upload the device log to give us feedback.

1. Please put the robot back to the Self-emptying Base to charge.
2. After it’s fully charged, long press the Power Button for 3 seconds to turn off and long press again to restart the robot.
3. Then start cleaning again to build the map.
4. Or: Manually return the robot to the base and start the cleaning process after it has started charging (the power button light flashes slowly).

1. Turn over the robot and clean the Main Brush and Main Wheels to remove any hairs or blockages.
2. Cool down the robot for 30 mins, then turn it on to start cleaning again.

2. Clean the obstacles around LiDAR if there is anything, including stickers.
3. Tap the Bumper from the front to check if it’s stuck.
4. Turn over the robot and clean the Cliff Sensors with dry tissue.

1. Tear off the film on the Self-emptying Base.
2. Make sure the Self-emptying Base is placed against the wall with no obstacles around it.
3. Make sure the Self-emptying Base is charging that the white light under logo is on.
4. Clean the obstacles around LiDAR if there is anything, including stickers.
5. Check the location of Self-emptying Base in APP. If it’s not in the map, then re-build the map.

1. Turn off the device, restart it and reset the network configuration button to enter the network configuration state again.
2. Check if the network is connected and if it is using the 2.4G frequency band for Wi-Fi. If it is Wi-Fi 6, check if there is a compatibility switch that needs to be turned on.
3. Log in to the router management interface and switch the channel to 1 or 6. Change the encryption method to WPA2 or other modes.
4. Use simple format as much as possible, such as "Home".
5. Try to connect to a mobile hotspot.
6. If using an iPhone hotspot, turn on the maximum compatibility switch.
7. If problem cannot be resolved, please kindly find device ID and upload device log and contact customer service for help.

2. Try to remove the blockage manually, or use tweezers to take it out.
